Reflection:
This has been one of the most interesting projects I have ever worked on. I really enjoyed the Voice thread because it made my story come to life. When I first began to work on the website I was overwhelmed, but once I watched the tutorial video it made much more sense. I think this would be a really fun activity to do with my students. Using technology in your classroom makes activities much more engaging and exciting for students. Having your students work in a group to write a story, illustrate the story, and then create a voice thread where they all read different parts of the story would be very rewarding for them. An activity like that would be a great and easy way to integrate 21st century learning skills into your classroom. Another way you could use voice thread would be during a poetry unit. Your students could write their own poem or take a poem they enjoy and create illustrations and read the poem aloud onto their voice thread. Overall, this has been one of the most interesting and exciting projects we have done this semester!
